For use on small doors, access doors and observation shutters. Two hinges support the weight of 150 lbs.

Hinges for food pass through units shall be fabricated from not less .200 thick steel. Hinges shall be provided with an applied stop capable of restricting hinge rotation from more than 90 degrees, causing the hinge assembly to act as a shelf. Ends of the hinge barrels shall be welded as to appear solid and no pin line is to be visible. When the hinge/stop is closed, it will present a smooth curved surface with no sharp angles protruding.

Food pass through hinge with stop will be provided with security Torx Button Head Bolts, welding of the hinges is also possible for fastening of the product to the door. Hinges and stops shall be provided with factory primed paint (beige).
